Gluten-free dumplings

Prepare delicious gnocchi with our BIO blend of LEGÙ® legume flour!

INGREDIENTS FOR 3 PEOPLE:

• 100g LEGÙ® ORGANIC blend of legume flours
• 300g vegetable drink (soya/rice/oats or milk)
• 3 g salt
• Nutmeg
• Chives

METHOD

Boil the milk, add salt and nutmeg.
Combine the flour with the boiling milk and mix well with a whisk.
Put it back on the heat for 2 minutes and continue stirring. Let it cool.
Grease your hands and shape the dumplings.
Sauté in a pan with oil, water in equal quantities and chives or gratin at 200°C for 5 minutes.
