Gluten-free dumplings
Make delicious gnocchi with our LEGÙ® legume flour blend!
INGREDIENTS FOR 3 PEOPLE:
• 100g LEGÙ® Mix of legume flours
• 300g vegetable drink (soy/rice/oat or milk)
• 3 g salt
• Nutmeg
• Chives
PROCEDURE
Bring the milk to the boil, add salt and nutmeg.
Add the flour to the boiling milk and mix well with a whisk.
Put back on the heat for 2 minutes and continue stirring. Let it cool.
Grease your hands and shape the dumplings.
Sauté in a pan with oil, equal quantities of water and chives or grill at 200°C for 5 minutes.
