This information is provided by Itineri Srl (hereinafter “ Itineri ” or “ Legù” or the " Company "), with registered office in Albizzate (VA), Via Francesco Petrarca, n° 6, postal code 21041, as Data Controller, and describes the methods of collection and use of the user's personal data, to pursuant to Italian legislation and in particular the Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 (Privacy Code) as well as in compliance with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the Protection of Personal Data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online. Any processing of personal data will be carried out according to the principles of necessity, correctness, lawfulness, proportionality and transparency. Where necessary, in relation to any specific use or processing of Personal Data, the user's prior consent will be requested. Although not mandatory, failure to provide some data for the purposes specified below could make it impossible to provide the requested services, in whole or in part.
This information is intended for all subjects who interact with the web pages of the Site, and in particular:
(a) to those who use the Site without registering;
(b) to those who register on the Site and use the services offered online through the Site, including the e-commerce service.
Navigation
It is possible to access the Site without being asked to provide any personal data. However, the computer systems and software used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but also by its very nature could, through processing or association, allow the identification of the user. Registration
The information and data requested in case of registration will be used both to allow access to the reserved area of the Site and to take advantage of the online services offered by Itineri Srl . The personal data of registered users will be processed for the purposes and according to the methods set out in this information.
Orders
If an online purchase order is placed, some data is recorded, such as the IP address from which the transaction originated, the time of the request, the type of browser used, etc. This data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site and/or third parties, upon request of the competent investigating authorities in accordance with the law.
Art. 1 – Purpose of the processing
The processing of personal data is aimed exclusively at achieving the following purposes:
a) to guarantee registration on the Site, the management of registration credentials and the correct provision of the services requested via the Site and, therefore, to correctly and promptly fulfill all obligations deriving from the contractual relationship established with the user , as well as the obligations deriving from the law or regulations in force, in particular, in the tax field, as well as public safety;
b) for administrative and accounting purposes, including the possible transmission by e-mail of commercial receipts/invoices by Itineri Srl and/or companies connected to the same in providing the service (express courier, specified in the "Shipping" section);
c) for subscribing to mailing lists kept by the Company, the sending of advertising and information material by Itineri Srl on the products and services offered by www.legu.it, by means of automated systems, such as e-mail, etc;
d) for the processing of the commercial profile of the user registered on the Site, in order both to monitor the degree of customer satisfaction and ensure better satisfaction of their needs, and to send information and/or advertising material of specific interest for the user registered on the Site, by means of automated systems, such as e-mail, etc.

Art. 2 – Provision of data and consequences in case of failure to consent to processing
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points a) and b) above of the art. 1 above is merely optional. However, since this processing is necessary to allow registration on the Site and, therefore, the provision of the services offered by Itineri Srl through the Site, including the e-commerce service, any refusal to provide the data in question will make it impossible to complete the registration procedure and make purchases on the Site. In the event that, after registration, the user intending to complete an online product purchase transaction will have to provide some personal data in addition to that already provided at the time of registration on the Site and, in particular, those relating to the delivery address of the products to be purchased. The processing of such personal data is necessary to be able to purchase products through the Site and failure to provide them will make it impossible to complete an online purchase. Furthermore, if you choose a credit card as a payment instrument, you will be asked for data relating to the credit card you intend to use. These data will not be processed by us in any way, but only by the payment service provider. With reference to the purposes of the processing indicated in the art. 1 referred to in points c), d) and e) above, we would like to point out that consent to the processing of data is purely optional. However, failure to consent will entail the consequences described below. In particular, failure to consent to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in art. 1, letter. c) above, will make it impossible to receive newsletters, alerts or digital and non-digital communications from Itineri Srl relating to the services and products offered by the Company. Finally, failure to consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in art. 1, letter. d) above will make it impossible for the Company to develop a profile of consumption habits (aimed at ensuring greater satisfaction of customer needs and the continuous improvement of the services offered), as well as the sending of specific information and advertising material interest of the user. We also point out that the consent to the processing of data for one or more of the purposes indicated above may be revoked at any time by modifying the consent data at the time of each new entry to the personal account on the Site. The user may revoke consent to the processing consisting in the sending of advertising information, brochures and information communications by the Company relating to the services and products offered by clicking the appropriate [Unsubscribe] box at the bottom of the communication containing advertising or information information that will be sent. Art. 3 – Processing methods
The processing of personal data will mainly be carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means, according to the methods and with the tools suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves, in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code. In particular, all technical, IT, organisational, logistical and procedural security measures will be adopted, so that the minimum level of data protection required by law is guaranteed, allowing access only to the people in charge of processing by the Data Controller. or the Managers designated by the Owner. The information acquired and the methods of processing will be relevant and not excessive with respect to the type of services rendered. The data will also be managed and protected in environments whose access is under constant control.
Art. 4 – Communication and dissemination of data
For the purposes referred to in points a) and b) above of the art. 1, the user's personal data will be processed by employees or collaborators of Itineri Srl as data processors or data controllers. The data may also be communicated:
a) to all those subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to personal data pursuant to regulatory or administrative provisions;
b) to companies or third parties in charge of printing, enveloping, shipping and/or delivery services for products purchased through the Site;
c) to post offices, couriers or shippers responsible for delivering products purchased through the Site;
d) to companies, consultants or professionals possibly responsible for the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, management of the Company's hardware and software or which the Company uses for the provision of its services;
e) to companies or Internet providers responsible for sending documentation and/or information material;
f) to companies responsible for processing and/or sending advertising and information material on behalf of Itineri;
g) to all those public and/or private entities, natural and/or legal persons (legal, administrative and tax consultancy firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Labor Offices, etc.), if communication is necessary or functional to the correct fulfillment of the contractual obligations assumed, as well as the obligations deriving from the law. Users' personal data will not be disclosed, except in anonymous and aggregate form, for statistical or research purposes.

Art. 6 – Storage of personal data
Users' personal data will be kept only for the time necessary to guarantee the correct provision of the services offered. In the event of cancellation, exclusion or disabling due to non-use of the account on the Site, user data will be retained for administrative purposes for a period not exceeding one quarter, without prejudice to any specific legal obligations on the conservation of accounting documentation or for purposes of public safety. In such cases, the automatic deletion of the data will also be guaranteed by third parties to whom the data may have been communicated. In any case, it is understood that users' personal data will be stored and processed for the purposes of verifying consumption and marketing habits for the period of time permitted by law and by the provisions of the Guarantor Authority for the Processing of Personal Data. After this period, the data will be transformed into anonymous form, so as not to allow, even indirectly, the interested parties to be identified.
Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, the user has the right to:
a) obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data and their communication in an intelligible form;
b) obtain, from the Data Controller or Data Processor/s: – information on the origin of the personal data, on the purposes and methods of processing, on the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; – indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and of the Manager/s, as well as possibly of the representative designated by a foreign party to process the data in Italy; – indications regarding the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data can be communicated or who can become aware of the same in their capacity as designated representative on the territory of the state, managers or appointees;
c) obtain: – updating, rectification or integration of data; – the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose conservation is necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; – certification of the fact that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, also with regards to their content, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
d) object, in whole or in part: – for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; – to the processing of personal data for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. As is known, the Privacy Code provides that the processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the interested party, except in the cases of exclusion specifically indicated by the law itself. For this reason, we ask the user to expressly express consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated above. It is understood that the provision of data for registration on the Site is merely optional, but necessary for registration on the Site and, consequently, for access to the services offered by Itineri Srl through the Site itself including the e-commerce service and any refusal to provide the data in question will make it impossible to complete the registration procedure or make purchases on the Site. The personal data will instead be processed for promotional and advertising purposes (referred to in point c of Art. 1 of the information), as well as for profiling purposes (referred to in point d of Art. 1 of the information) only if expressly permitted. This consent is merely optional. However, failure to consent to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in art. 1 letter c) above will make it impossible to receive newsletters, alerts or digital communications not related to the services and products offered by the Company. Failure to consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in art. 1, letter. d) above will make it impossible for the Company to develop profiles of customers' consumption habits (aimed at ensuring greater satisfaction of customers' needs and the continuous improvement of the services offered), as well as the sending of information and advertising material of specific interest.
Art. 8 – Information on the use of Cookies
Cookies are text files that the Site transfers to the User's computer in order to facilitate navigation. Thanks to cookies, the recognition of the registered User by the Site can be facilitated, for example avoiding the need to proceed with authentication (via "log-in" and "password") each time the Site is accessed.
