Cinnamon Pancakes

Nothing can compete with the inviting smell of freshly made pancakes wafting through the kitchen in the morning. 🥞☀️

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

• 80 g LEGÙ® MIX
• 20 g sorghum flour or other cereals
• 20 g coconut sugar
• 190 g apple juice (100% fruit) or vegetable milk
• 10 g delicate EVO oil or sunflower oil
• 10 g instant natural yeast
• 1g cinnamon to taste

METHOD:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk for about a minute, until you obtain a mixture.

Grease a pan with oil (dry excess oil with paper towels).
Place the dough in spoonfuls, cover with lid. Cook 2/3 minutes per side on low heat.

Serve with maple syrup, hazelnut or cocoa spread, honey, jam or fresh fruit.
