Crepes
Quick and super delicious!
INGREDIENTS FOR 3 CRÊPES:
• 40 g LEGÙ® BLEND of Italian legume flours
• 150 g water
• 10 g oil
METHOD
In a bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well with a whisk.
Grease a very hot non-stick pan with the help of a paper towel.
Pour the batter with a ladle and distribute it evenly.
Cook for one minute on each side.
Fill as you like, excellent both sweet and savory.
