Coconut sugar presents itself as a sweetener with an intense fruity flavor, with barely noticeable coconut notes. The aftertaste mostly resembles the flavor of caramel. This means that it does not alter the preparations in which it is inserted (coffee, tea, herbal teas, creams, spoon desserts, cakes, fillings, biscuits, etc.) and can be used in the same quantities and methods as the semolina one.
