Hot chocolate mix

Ingredients : Coconut sugar, bitter cocoa, steamed hulled LEGÙ® legume flour (in variable proportions including white beans, chickpeas, yellow lentils, yellow peas), spirulina. Gluten free.

Characteristics : gluten-free, without additives, natural source of vegetable proteins, high in fibre, artisanal, produced in Italy, balanced recipe.

Preparation : Heat 125ml of milk or vegetable drink in a saucepan. Once lukewarm, lower the heat, add the MIX.
Mix well, let simmer until desired consistency is achieved. Pour and serve while still hot.
