

Ingredients : Coconut sugar, bitter cocoa, 24% legume flour LEGÙ (hulled and steamed legumes in variable proportions between white beans, chickpeas, yellow lentils, yellow peas), 1.5% spirulina. GLUTEN FREE.
Characteristics : gluten-free, additive-free, natural source of vegetable proteins, high in fibre, artisanal, made in Italy, balanced recipe.
Preparation : Heat 125ml of milk or vegetable drink in a saucepan. Once lukewarm, lower the heat, add the MIX.
Mix well, let it simmer until desired consistency is achieved. Pour and serve while still hot.
