Made with 4 Italian legumes which must have followed the LEGÙ® production process, i.e. before being ground and made into flour they are: left to soak, steam cooked whole so as not to lose the mineral salts, hulled and dried at low temperature
Thanks to the LEGÙ® process, the many legume proteins change their conformation and become available to bind with water. Thus the mixture has perfect elasticity to make everything, from sweet to savory in a practical and quick way.
Legume flour replaces or lightens traditional flour to prepare family favorite dishes, such as pizza, pasta and snacks, thus providing the recommended protein intake in a healthy diet in a much more sustainable way.
Ingredients: Steamed white beans, steamed chickpeas, steamed hulled yellow lentils, steamed yellow peas.
